Lockdown Update,
Firstly we would like to wish you and all your colleagues a happy 2021 and hope you all stay safe and well.
These are very challenging times for us all and we just wanted you to know that we are here for you if we can be of any assistance.
We are aware that a number of parks have closed for customers but still open for contractors. We are following government guidelines and remain open as a manufacturer until we are advised otherwise. All our office teams are working remotely whilst our factory teams and installers are producing and fitting decks daily. We are clearing decking backlogs and we are happy to clear yours ready for when you re-open. If you have decks on order with Mayfield we will be installing them as scheduled unless advised otherwise by you. If you have requirements for new decks we are here and happy to quote you.
When attending park our installers are not calling into the park offices or installing decks on homes if customers are still present. If you have additional measures in place for contractors please confirm these and I will ensure we adhere to them.
