Within those dates, you are free to choose a morning or an afternoon slot. Simply fill out the form above and let us know what time suits you.

Yes! There is a free car park located at the front of Mayfield HQ that you may use.
How do I attend?
All you have to do is simply complete the form above and indicate whether you would like to come in the morning or afternoon. This is just so we know numbers. And that’s it! We look forward to meeting you then.
